Hey FitFam—Kelli here! With over 20 years in the fitness world, my journey has been nothing short of an adventure. Fueled by a passion for movement and a love for holistic wellness, I’ve spent my career helping others discover the power of mindful, empowering fitness.My path took an unexpected—and transformative—turn after a neck injury introduced me to the magic of Pilates, Yoga, and Barre. These low-impact modalities became my go-to for building strength, resilience, and inner calm—and I knew I had to share them.I earned certifications in Mat and Equipment Pilates (Reformer, Tower, Chair, Arcs, Barrels) through Pure Body Pilates, and I’m proud to be a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—from teaching Les Mills®, PiYo®, and TurboKick® to creating my own Dynamic Yoga Barre Training program. No matter the format, my mission remains the same: to help you feel strong, aligned, and vibrantly alive through intentional movement.My teaching style is rooted in alignment, body awareness, and presence.
