2. Class Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Class Bookings: Reservations can be made online, in person, or via phone.

Cancellations: We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice to cancel a class without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of class credit.

Private Sessions: Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged in full or result in forfeited session credit.
3. Payment Terms

All services, classes, packages, and merchandise must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our website.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though we strive to notify clients of significant changes in advance.
4. Shipping & Returns

Coastal Pilates Co. does not ship most products. Select equipment purchases may be eligible for domestic shipping (see our Shipping Policy for full details).

All sales are final unless stated otherwise. Returned items may be subject to restocking fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

By participating in any Pilates session (in-person or virtual), you acknowledge that you are in good health and able to engage in physical activity.

Always consult your physician before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

Coastal Pilates Co. is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, sessions, or while using our content or equipment unless due to negligence on our part.
6. Studio Conduct
To maintain a safe and inclusive environment:

Clients must treat instructors and fellow clients with respect.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Proper athletic attire and footwear (if applicable) are required.
