Welcome to Coastal Pilates Palm Coast!
Official Opening: February 1st!
Our hours of operation vary by day based on our class schedule. We are open in the mornings, close for a mid-day break, and reopen for evening classes. For the most accurate and up-to-date hours, please refer to our daily class schedule.
Location-specific hours:
· New Smyrna: Open 7 days a week
· Palm Coast: Open Monday–Saturday with more limited hours than our New Smyrna location
Membership Requirements
Membership terms are the same at both studio locations. Please note that the Palm Coast location will offer a limited-time Founder’s Special rate during the first few months following its opening.
All 4-Pack, 8-Pack, and Unlimited Memberships require an initial commitment period.
Your membership begins with a 3-month (90-day) initial term. After the initial term is completed, the membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly auto-renewal basis unless proper notice of cancellation is provided.
If you choose to cancel during the initial 3-month term, an early termination fee of $100 will apply, except where otherwise required by law.
After the initial term has been fulfilled, you may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. Your membership and billing will continue through the end of the notice period.
Single classes and gift certificate packages do not require a contract and are not subject to an initial term commitment.
Class Cancellation & Attendance Policy
To ensure fair access to classes for all members, we require that any scheduled class be canceled at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time. This allows waitlisted members the opportunity to enroll, as many classes reach capacity.
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe or failure to attend a scheduled class will result in the following:
Unlimited Memberships
Late Cancellation (less than 12 hours’ notice): $10 fee per occurrence
No Show: $15 fee per occurrence
Late Payment: $20 fee per occurrence
4-Pack & 8-Pack Memberships
Late Cancellation or No Show: One class will be deducted from your package per occurrence
All fees and deductions apply automatically. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional account restrictions at management’s discretion.
Membership Pause (Freeze) Policy
Members who are temporarily unable to attend classes due to medical reasons or travel may request a membership pause in monthly billing-cycle increments.
Pause requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. Retroactive pauses will not be granted.
Pauses apply only from one billing cycle to the next (e.g., June 1–June 30).
A pause fee of up to $15 per month may apply.
Medical pauses may require written documentation from a physician. Surgical pauses may require additional documentation as determined by Coastal Pilates.
Pausing a membership extends the term of your agreement. Monthly dues remain owed until the minimum commitment term has been fulfilled. Members must notify Coastal Pilates when they are ready to return, at which time regular billing will automatically resume.
Founder’s Special Memberships: One (1) pause of up to three (3) months is permitted. Additional pauses will result in loss of the Founder’s rate.
Coastal Pilates Co. reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion.
Class Booking Policy
Members may book up to 20 classes at a time, within a 30-day period.
Because memberships are billed monthly, class bookings are limited to your current billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle runs from the 18th of one month through the 17th of the next, you may schedule up to 20 classes within that timeframe.
Class schedules are updated monthly due to instructor availability and class level changes. Limiting advance bookings helps reduce class cancellations and schedule adjustments.

Studio Age Policy
Children under 14 are not permitted in the studio. We do not have a space for them to wait, nor staff available to supervise during class.
Minors ages 14–17 may only participate if they are actively enrolled in a class or session and have a parent or guardian sign the Minor Participant Waiver in person at the studio.
We offer a wide variety of class times to help accommodate busy schedules and make it easy for families to plan around classes.
Give the Gift of Pilates!
Looking for the perfect gift? We’ve got you covered! Our gift certificates can be used for classes or merchandise, making them a great choice for any Pilates lover.
Online: Grab a gift card through our website via the GiftUp app. Send it by email or print it at home—super easy!
In-Studio: We also have physical gift certificates available at the front desk.
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.
While we love seeing you in the studio, we encourage using our convenient online gift cards whenever possible.
Class & Private Session Lengths
Group Classes: Each class is 50 minutes—just the right amount of time to get a great workout and feel amazing! We have a 10-minute break between classes so our instructors can reset the studio and make sure everything is ready for your next session.
Private Lessons: Choose a 30-minute or 1-hour session for a personalized experience tailored just for you. Perfect for focusing on your goals, refining technique, or trying something new!
We can’t wait to see you in class or a private session—let’s move, strengthen, and have fun together!
Insurance & Payment
At this time, we do not accept insurance as a form of payment for classes or sessions. We completely understand that Pilates can be an investment, and we know some members may wish insurance coverage could help offset the cost.
As a newer established studio, managing insurance billing is not something we are able to offer right now. While we hope to revisit this possibility in the future, for now, we focus on keeping our operations simple so we can continue providing high-quality instruction and personalized attention to all our members.
We truly appreciate your understanding and are committed to offering flexible class options and membership packages to make Pilates as accessible as possible.
